Honpe provides a wide range of CNC machining services including milling, turning, drilling, tapping, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), and wire cutting. We also specialized in five-axis CNC machining and high precision machining services, offering customized metal and plastic parts for our clients. 

CNC milling process

CNC milling process is a subtraction manufacturing method, with a cutting tool that moves and rotates to remove and shape the materials to achieve the final part geometries. This process makes complicated shapes and flat surfaces for a variety of functional and structured products, which is very suitable for any industries that require preciscomponents and it is also an ideal way of making mould.


CNC turning process

CNC turning process cuts materials by connecting a cutter with a high speed rotating part, it is normally used to shape rounded and tubular workpieces. CNC turning usually generates complicated external structures and inner holes, including making various threads and thread holes. 


Five-Axis CNC Machining process

The cutting tool of five axis CNC machining center moves simultaneously along five different axes—three linear (X, Y, and Z) plus two additional rotary axes (A and B)—which means the cutting tool approaches the parts from all directions.

This machining method can pay big dividends in better machine utilization, reduce setups and cycle times, also improving quality. The ability of five-axis machining process will make the CNC factory more cost-effective for wider range of work. The major benefits of five axis machining method are: making complex shapes or structures, achieve high precision requirements, effective set-up operations and high quality surface finish. 


Materials of CNC machining

For CNC machining we can process both plastic and metal materials. In Honpe’s material warehouse there are various materials in stock which allow us to act quickly once we got order from clients by shortening the whole processing time from material preparation to machining and then leads faster delivery.

Plastic materials: ABS, PA, POM, PC, PP, PMMA, PPSU, PEEK , nylon,PVC and so on.

Metal materials: aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steel, bronze, cooper, brass, titanium, zinc alloy and etc.

 

Surface treatment for CNC machining parts

Honpe offers a wide range of surface treatments for the CNC parts, such as blushing, sand blasting, tumbled, passivation, anodizing, powder coating, gold plating, zinc plating, silver plating and etc. Our CMF experts can also offer surface treatment suggestions for CNC parts according to the customers’ requirements and designing purposes.
